10:00am – 12:00pm: Special Education Law – Presenters will discuss your rights in the IEP process including the role of experts and how the proposed changes to the definition of autism may impact service delivery
12:00pm – 12:45pm: Brown Bag Lunch – Bring your own lunch
12:45pm – 2:00pm: Guardianship and Its Alternatives and Special Needs Trusts – Informed Consent for Health Care, Durable Powers of Attorney, Advance Health Care Directives, and Advance Directives for Mental Health Services.
