Autism Spectrum Disorder/Developmental Disability Conference 
on the Eastern Shore: Focusing on the Transition from Youth to Adulthood

Location:   Higher Education Center at Chesapeake College
                  1000 College Dr 
                  Wye Mills, MD 21679

The conference will include workshops where experts will address issues surrounding Safety, Community, and Transition.

In addition, all attendees will be invited to participate in one of three forums to discuss transtion issues surrounding Education, Employment and Healthcare.  These forums will ask the questions: "What works?", "What does not work?", "What do you suggest?"
