DORS Needs Assessment Survey

The Division of Rehabilitative Services (DORS) is conducting a needs assessment of the services they provide. If you, or your child, has an ASD and are 14 years or older, please consider taking this very brief survey. Individuals with disabilities input are needed to assist DORS to plan and implement their programming.
DORS has a wide variety of vocational rehabilitation programs aimed at helping individuals with disabilities prepare for the future. DORS services include Vocational guidance & counseling; Career assessment; Job training; College or technical training; Job search, placement and job-keeping services; Supported employment and Rehabilitation technology.
